RMC V30 Description:

The RMC V30 CNC Head Porting Machine is an entry level open frame CNC machine. The RMC V30 is a “true” simultaneous 5 axis, pc based, computer controlled industrial standard machining center equipped to handle all facets of precision machining, head porting and chamber cutting operations. Whether it be “blue printing” an engine block to exact factory specifications, porting a cylinder head to your exact port design or general machining of specialty items you can’t go wrong with the RMC V30. The RMC V30 has a 54”x16” table
and travels of 40”x20”x24” (XYZ).

RMC V40/V50 Description:

The RMC V40 and V50 CNC Head Porting Machines are “true” simultaneous 5 axis, pc based, computer controlled industrial standard machining centers that are fully enclosed with a 24 pocket arm style tool changer. The RMC V40/V50 with its linear ways and 1000 inch per minute rapids and full coolant capability make it a very fast, accurate and versatile machine for all your engine block, precision cylinder head porting and general machining needs. Combine the RMC V40/50 with our 4th axis engine block fixturing and a Nikken rotary table there is no better combination machine in the industry. The RMC V40 has a 45”x20” table and travels of 40”x 20”x26” (XYZ). The RMC V50 has a 56”x24” table and travels of 50”x25”x24” (XYZ).
