They handle boring and line boring from 2.6” to 8.0” (with right-angle head options), precision deck milling with 10” or 14” CBN heads, accurate lifter bore machining, and cylinder head or main cap work using included fixtures. Additional features like 360° rotary positioning enable advanced block modifications, while digital probing and blueprinting functions provide on-screen verification of bore diameters, locations, and deck heights.
At the core of these machining centers is the 9000 Series CNC Control—a modern Windows®-based interface featuring a 15” color touchscreen, intuitive navigation, conversational programming, full G-code support, and lightning-fast graphics performance. With its simple yet powerful design, even operators new to CNC machining can achieve professional results quickly and efficiently.
The RMC V40 and V50 can easily expand as your shop’s needs evolve. Optional upgrades include a full head porting conversion system (V40HP/V50HP) that transforms the machine into a precision cylinder head porting station, optional 4th and 5th axis fixtures for advanced machining, and a variety of flexible tooling packages for specialized applications.
