RMC provides a one-year parts and labor warranty on all new equipment. All warranty work must be performed by RMC or completed in accordance with an RMC technician’s instructions. Unauthorized repairs or the substitution of parts will void the warranty. Defective parts must be returned to RMC to avoid additional charges.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, RMC provides no warranty on used equipment sold by RMC. Used equipment is sold on an “as is — where is” basis. Customers considering a used machine are encouraged to visit RMC and inspect the equipment before purchase.

RMC stocks a wide range of replacement parts for our machines. When an item is not in stock, RMC can expedite many repair parts from our factories in Italy. Normal UPS delivery from Europe is typically two to four working days; two-day express delivery is available for an additional charge.
